I am Claire and you have stumbled upon my blog. Nice to meet you!
I am a new seamstress and am excited to be learning a new skill. I have developed this blog to take me through my journey from not knowing how to thread the needle, to make exquise pieces of clothing (well, a girl can dream). I hope that you will want to follow me too.
I also make jewellery and this will probably be mentioned from time to time.
But about me...
I'm a woman living in the South of England in her late thirties. By day I am an administrator in the charity sector, and by night... well you can read the blog.
I have an adult child (when did that happen?) and a partner and not to mention a lovely stash of fabric (never enough, never enough...)
I have ME (also known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) but you wont hear a great deal about that (a time and place for everything!)... still if you are a fellow survivor please drop me a line.
I LOVE: Cats, photography, crafting, sewing, jewellery making, reading, evolution, films, shopping, working, travelling, organising, butterflies, keeping cool, hot days, writing, learning, loving, eating out, laughing...
